The menu will feature sustainably harvested Goolwa pipis prepared by iconic chefs from Slow Food South Australia’s Chefs Alliance led by CHEONG LIEW with ROSA MATTO, BEN SHARP and EDDIE YE.

The menu also includes culinary delights by the team at LUCIA’S FINE FOODS.
