Risotto is one of the simplest, delicious and most rewarding dishes you can cook for family and friends.

But many people think risotto is tricky to make. We are going to bust that myth and show you how to make the perfect risotto for any season using your choice of grains and veggies. You’ll even learn how to make a super-simple veggie stock.

In the class we’ll make a favourite spring risotto using new season asparagus, broad beans and peas (the veggies may vary slightly depending on what’s in season that week).

There will be a small bowl of creamy risotto for everyone to enjoy at the end of the class.
