Adelaide Hills Slow Food Trail - Event Image

Our Tasting Australia 2024 artisan food trail experience rapidly sold out, and although our bus is fully booked, we have arranged the release of a few tickets for Lunch Only for $125.

The Slow Food trail concludes with a shared three-course lunch with stunning views at Tilbrook Estate, the day’s final producer. A journey of love and passion for wine and the environment, owners James and Annabelle Tilbrook’s story is one of resilience, having completely rebuilt after the devastating Cudlee Creek bushfire in late 2019. Their award-winning chef Enrico Sgarbossa is renowned for his stone-baked pizzas made with traditional methods and local ingredients.

The event ties in with an important project the Slow Food committee is working on launching in South Australia — Slow Food International’s Snail of Approval recognition program, which inspires producers, food artisans, farmers, growers, chefs and restaurant/café owners to use and embrace the Slow Food values of good, clean and fair food from our regions.
